Fresh Faces privacy policy complies with the new GDPR legislation that begins on the 25th of May 2018. My aim is to give you peace of mind and confidence, in the knowledge that I will manage your data correctly and explain clearly and in detail how and why I use and collect your data, and your rights concerning this data.

What information do I need prior to treatment

I need your contact details which include name, address, postcode, email and phone number. I also need your information about your health, lifestyle and age for treatment to go ahead.

Explanation of why I need this information

I need this information in order to provide a safe and suitable treatment, and to allow me to create tailor made treatment plans.
To comply with the professional code of conduct and ethics set out by BABTAC (the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology) and for insurance purposes.
I have a lawful basis for processing your personal information, meaning there is a legal reason to ask for your data due to contractual requirements.
You do have the right not to share your personal data with me, however if you do not supply your information then I will be unable to offer you any treatments at Fresh Faces.
You must fulfill your side of the contract (share your personal information) in order for me to fulfill mine (carry out treatment).

How long will I store your data

I must retain records for a period of at least 7 years from the date of your last treatment. In a minors case this would be 7 years after their 18th birthday.

I will not share your data

Fresh Faces will not share your information with any third parties.

Marketing

Are you happy to be kept informed regarding regular special offers and promotions taking place at Fresh Faces. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time; verbally - in person, by a phone call, or in writing - a note through the door, by email or by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of the emails I send.
